The planning for the glossary will be detailed within the next few weeks. I
will seek guidance from the steering committee how to treat it. I do not
think that it should be viewed as a technical specification as it is a
summary of terms used within ebXML. Further, it will keep changing as the
different specifications evolve. This does not preclude a QR review, though.
