We've posted the spec to the OASIS web server. Please find the latest version (word, PDF, and .zip) on our private page, accessible at: http://www.ebxml.org/project_teams/technical_arch/private/

There are 4 documents available for download:
        - ebXML_TA_v0.94.doc [Word]
        - ebXML_TA_v0.94.pdf [Acrobat]
        - ebXML_TA_v0.94_word+pdf.zip [both files zipped]
        - 0.94 change log.doc [Word]

We've also posted the latest change log that applies to version 0.94.

Please use the accepted method for submitting comments on the spec, as Duane explained in an earlier email. If anyone has problems downloading the spec, please contact us directly.
