Report on the Technical Architecture Specification v1.0

The QR team have reviewed the Technical Architecture Specification v1.0 as
submitted Jan 5th 2001.

We are pleased to recommend this document go forward for public review.

In addition, the QR team will be suggesting several changes we wish the TA
Team to consider during their next round of editing.  Most of these
suggestions relate to presenting the material in a more concise, coherent
and unambiguous form and do not affect the technical content of the
specification.

This notice is sent in advance of our formal report (outlining the suggested
changes) on the understanding that the Public Review of this document may
commence immediately.  Our formal report will follow in the next 24 hours.

We are sure that everyone involved in ebXML joins with us in recognising the
persistence and professionalism of the TA team during this (sometimes
difficult) process.
