Code is at http://www.unspsc.org/. By NACE, you probably mean NAICS -
the North American Industry Classification System - which is replacing
the U.S. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system, at
http://www.census.gov/naics.  Stuff on the SIC is also at the same
place.
