Revision to metamodel

At a metamodel subgroup meeting held at e-centre uk on 13th December we were
able to further refine the Core Component metamodel, particularly in the
areas of the application of constraints to specific core components. The
revised model is illustrated and described in the attached document.

Note: The model may still require modification in line with the findings of
the group working on the development of model transformation techniques,
which should be reporting at or before the Vancouver meeting.

I also attach a revised set of our statement of Requirements for the Core
Components Registry that takes into account the revised model.
