Hi Bob,

    I certainly would not have started with Party either- unless of course
your main interest is in modelling a very simple transaction - just
involving 2 parties e.g a 'Buyer' and 'Seller' with no transportation or
need for Bank financing e.g Letter of Credit etc. But from my observations
ebXML seems primarily concerned with web based transactions between a
company and individual. ;-)
   If one knows anything about X12 or EDIFACT then things are more complex
than that !!
