I would add one comment to the document

Given the Core Components in the Spreadsheet how are they going to be
stored in the Registry? Is the Spreadsheet going to be converted into
Schema or XML Fragments and stored in the Registry. What is the suggested
methodology to do these Registry Operations, storing, retrieving, and
assembling.
