All UN/ECE recommendations which include recomemnded code lists can be
viewed by visiting the UN/CEFACT web-site (www.uncefact,org) and looking
under 'Recommendations'.

This set of recommendations is maintained by the Codes Working Group (CDWG)
which is one of the official UN/CEFACT working groups.

UN/ECE recommendation.  Might you have a pointer to said Recommendation 20?
