If it is an electronic demo (i.e. you need to show the working program)
you need to develop a B2B server capable to go through the sample BPSS
and write applications for each step (B Transaction) of the whole
BPSS. These applications need to input documents (requesting business 
docs) and output also documents(responding business docs)
But this is the hard way and it took us (SRDC) about one and half month
to develop. You should review CPA,BPSS standards very carefully.

If it is a ppt only demo you only need to read the BPSS standard.
And a sample BPSS is given at the end of that document (www.ebxml.org)
The same site also provides good presentations.
