Delivery Reciepts / DIM's

Hello

1. The Delivery Reciept in element (8.14 in ebMS) shows an example of a
reciept. As far as I know, this is for the ebXML header/envelope, but can
this also be used for each single payload/body in the envelope?

2. Where can I find good resources on xml delivery reciepts, domain
informations models would be fine, but xml/ebxml examples is of course
preferred.
