Kurt:

With all due respect,  there is no official definition of an "ebXML 
compliant server" anywhere in the specifications.  Registry has a 
definition of compliancy and ebXML Messaging constrains syntax as does 
CPP/CPA, however no one can make such claims.

XML GLobal has been guilty of the same thing in the past (well - our 
marketing department has ;-) so please don't take this as slam.  I just 
want to point out the distinction.
