Subject: RE: [ebxml-dev] RE: OASIS Members to Develop Universal Business Language

Paul,

Spoken like someone from the business !

You most probably want to watch or join what's happening in the (http://www.ebtwg.org/projects/collaboration.html) Business Collaboration Patterns project which will be starts with real world business cases, models them and then discovers the commonly used operating patterns for e-Business.

The Business Collaborations Pattern effort will produce and test some real Business Processes BUT the team's real deliverable isn't the patterns specifically (that's for industry experts such as yourself to create).

The Patterns project will really focus on showing how business (businesses like yours) can go and create business patterns.

"Instead of sending food to help the hungry, let's teach people about farming and ...." Well I'm sure you know the rest.
-Dave
