Subject: RE: [ebxml-dev] how to process the ebXML message?

The information from the CPA is in your runtime deployment database.

For version 1, well-formedness can be tested with the DTD. For subsequent
versions, you will need to use the XML Schema.

As for the rest of your question, you first need to find a book that
teaches you the basics of processing received messages including security
matters. If you are designing an MSH, you will need to thoroughly
understand the message service specification to design the API between the
MSH and the rest of your system.

ok i am the receiving the MSH how should i process the received message can
somebody briefly explain
the what are the steps i need to take to process the received message and
how should i process( like security
and wellformedness) as "Martin W Sachs" says we need to use
information from the CPA along with the schema for the message as defined
in the message service specification. if that is the case where the CPA
will be,
i mean in my server( as file or in DB?) or in public reg/reps?.

is the wellformedness is verified using DTD?

thanks in advance
vijay

It depends on who "you" are.

If you are the receiving message service handler, you need to use
information from the CPA along with the schema for the message as defined
in the message service specification.

If you are the middleware that parses the message payload, you need the
schema for the message payload, identified in the BPSS instance document
that the CPA references.

If you are the application, you need to know the form to which the parser
converts the payload.

Martin Sachs
