[ebxml-dev] with regards to CPP/CPA

I am trying to implement the CPP/CPA for ebXML Messaging. I would like to know whether CPP is included along with registry/repository or its a seperate implementation on its own. I would be grateful if any one can provide the necessary information on the usage/implementation of CPP/CPA.
