Hola,

I would like to refer you to the latest version of the Registry Information Model (RIM) specification, v2.1 from our TC site http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/regrep/index.shtml - specifically section 7.5.1 "Attribute Summary".  This section lists majorVersion and minorVersion attributes for the RegistryEntry class, as well as userVersion.  Further descriptions are provided in sections 7.5.3, 7.5.4, and 7.5.7.

If that does not suffice, can you please tell me what you're looking for specifically?  I'd like to help understand your requirements.
