Sorry for the late reply, but havingI just returned from the recent CEFACT Forum meeting in Bonn where we continued work on ebXML Core Components Technical Specification and voted to submit that specification to ISO TC154 along with the other ebXML specifications that were just approved as ISO specifications should sufficiently answer the question.
