At the XML Europe two years ago, a representative from EAN Spain gave a presentation on its plans for implementing ebXML. See http://www.xmleurope.com/2002/ebxmlday.asp for the speaker program for the event.

In ebXML Forum, David Webber put together a list of software vendors supporting ebXML, including several European companies. The European companies and those active globally will probably be the ones most likely to be working in Spain. See http://www.ebxmlforum.org/articles/ebfor_SoftwareProducts.html .
