Done except for Slide 53 which is a graphic - so I'll let you use your
expertise here.
I've only included the slides that I referenced for changes for a
smaller file to send.

Outstanding:
Slide 53 - Suggest you update to show the Repository and greater
function of Reg/Rep; What about recent release of CPPA spec?
