Sang,

My initial reaction to this is that its a slick marketing hustle.

I certainly do not see why the JMT would work with this group.

If we were to work with anyone - I would recommend ICHnet.org
and the work they are doing for the US Gov' - which is 
exactly this same ilk - but much better moved forward
and with a vendor and consulting neutral backdrop.
