If you saw this post on the ebXML developers' list, my apologies.  One of 
the authors of this paper, Mr. Tambag, and a colleague are publishing a 
similar paper this summer in a journal called Software Practice and 
Experience, for which I reviewed a draft.  They have developed a 
comprehensive ebXML application for a masters thesis including messaging, 
registry, and CPPs/CPAs.  (I would hate to see what you got to do for a 
PhD!!)  What is also neat about their work is the integration of RosettaNet.

I asked the journal editor to let me know when the article appears, and I 
will alert this list soon thereafter.
