Alan,

Notice the RosettaNet is now part of UCC, and they have committed
to go to ebMS.

Basically the RNIF can migrate over to ebXML, and so I'm seeing
transition is the story here - as the article points out.

RosettaNet Implementation Framework (RNIF), which competes with 
ebXML.  But, as was shown in the proof-of-concept tests during ebXML 
development, ebXML messaging and registries can support RosettaNet PIPs.
