This is down.  Suspect they moved stuff.

We need to update their ebXML.org Case Studies links.

Suggest:

 http://hayyam.srdc.metu.edu.tr/webpage/projects/ebXMLProject/

also - the PDF link to their paper is all whacked up - its just the draft,
without the details from the full paper.

If we can't get this fixed we should replace this case study
with something else.
