[ebxml-mktg] papers

Mktg folks:

There's been a thread over on the ebxml-dev list the last day or two
titled "gorilla hair vs. beach balls" (don't ask) where they have made
some suggestions about what should be in a some white papers, and a
couple people have volunteered to put some work into writing these.
Someone from Mktg should follow up.
