POC Matrix suggestions

I would recommend that we add the following:

-RS Browser GUI tool
-Buyer GUI
-Seller GUI
-Message monitor GUI
-Message Log GUI
-Messaging service supports synch and asynch messaging (RS clients such
as GUI tool may want to use synch messaging)

Note that we may not have any takers for some of the suggested item
which means we could take them out of the
POC.
