Based on additional input and corrections, I'm reworking the matrix and the
topology spreadsheet. I'll send it to you by Monday. In the meantime, I'm
also putting the information in these documents into an ebXML PoC TR&P
proposal document. With these documents, we should be able to have fruitful
discussion in the conference call, but I'll also look forward to getting
further comments and discussion through e-mail.

As Nick requested, if you plan to participate but haven't send in your
matrix yet, please do so as soon as possible. Thanks.

Given that we are rapidly running out of runway I propose the following
Agenda.

- Close on the payload question - My expectation is that we will have more 
details from BP&CC on/by 9/25 - If the information isn't available in time 
to give us enough cycles to review the material I don't want to dwell on 
this since . I propose a drop-dead date of 9/29 C.O.B for electronic votes.

- Review Roles as per the Matrix submitted

- Finalize f2f details, agenda, logistics
