To reinforce what Krishna mentioned in his message that contained the ebXML
PoC draft:

*	Please indicate which vertical(s) your organization plans to
participate in (retail, automotive); based on that information, we'll
allocate the participants to the scenarios.
*	Second, please also verify whether you can really provide what you
listed in the matrix as a '2' (for sure). We'll use that information in the
allocation process as well. As I'm sure you realize, the allocation is a
difficult balancing act, and is difficult to modify once done.
*	TR&P phase one allows a minimal level of security, i.e.,
signed/encrypted payloads; if your organization can provide this feature for
the PoC, please let me know; it was not in the original matrix.

Your cooperation is much appreciated, and necessary for a successful PoC in
Tokyo. I'd like to do the allocations prior to Thursday's conference call.
