Yes for Savvion.
This draft is a necessary first step we need to agree on in order to
start implementing (time is short...)
I  still believe reliability messaging should be in there, as it was
considered a major next step
since last August (along with reg/rep and bus proc modeling), and the
specs are there...
But this draft is a great foundation anyway.
