Dear POCers,

Based on the votes cast so far I feel there is sufficient agreement to 
forward the POC proposal to the STC. I will do so as soon as the primary 
authors give me the thumbs up. Thanks for all your contributions to-date. 
My hope is that we will sort out the RM issues on our conf. call and f2f 
next week.
