Missing Components for Track 1

Hey all,

	It seems to me that there are still two issues in need of resolve
for successful completion of Track 1.

	1.  Hatem has completed the headers for Tracks 2&3, but it seem that
Track 1 needs headers as well.  Is this not the case?  Especially in regard
to the TPAInfo/BusinessServiceInterface and TPAInfo/Action elements.

	2.   Based on this morning's call, is each group responsible for
performing a lookup to find the corresponding URL from the header DUNS
number?  Or did we agree to replace the DUNS number in the header with the
URL.  The latter makes the job of responding considerably easier.

Please help me to understand where we stand on these issues.
