New version of the POC document

Hi all,

	Here is the new improved version. The document is in pdf form, the diagrams
are more legible and the document has lost a lot of weight as dtds and other
related information are at the web site (I wish I could lost some lbs this
easily ;-0).

	This looks like a candidate for final release - kind of RC1.

	I am on the road. but will monitor e-mails. Please let me know any changes
and I will incorporate them.

	Nick, what is the next step ? Should I send the doc to the quality team ?
