I have talked with co-worker in Japan again,
after POC PR teleconference.

Fujitsu can arrange for taping, if some other company 
in Japan can help us. 
Because there was two issues to arrange taping for
Fujitsu. One is the funding. The other is limitation of time.
It means it takes more time to order taping company 
from Fujitsu. So if some company in Japan can help
us just ordering, we can manage other stuff.
