1) value for deliveryReceiptRequested. Two different
values mentioned in the spec

    Unsigned or UnSigned

2) Service element for ping

    uri:www.ebxml.org/messageService/
or uri:www.ebxml.org/messageService

3) Service and Action elements don't have explanations
about their role in the TRP spec. Can it be clarified
in the spec to include the relevance of service and
action elements and their relationship with servicebindng
name from the cpa.
