1) The Rose mdl has the use cases completed that can be copy/paste into this
document.

2) A service does not have to be specified twice in the document, only once.
I would just list the services in the order that they appear in Part1 and
include the use cases.  As well, for each use case, develop an activity
diagram that covers each viewpoint (query services: used by repository and
registry ). the activity diagram for query would cover the choose of query
type (via classification scheme, browsing, and full text) and the
interaction with the repository.

Scott,

Sally produced the attached, and we also produced the PPT as
a strawman to start work with the POC group under Nick for Japan.

Software AG, Sun, Tie and XMLGlobal gave verbal commitment 
to be part of the implementation team for Japan.

We will continue the parallel track work Thursday both on Part 2
prep' and POC planning.
