Meeting Conduct and Manners

I personally note that I am very new to the WG and as such have little to
say of real content yet; however,  I have now attended my second RegRep
Conference call and I am very distracted by the general lack of meeting
manners by some attendees.  Please allow each speaker to complete their
thought or question before interrupting.  Please just answer the question
asked.  Let's set agendas and stick to them.  To accomplish anything
described by the agendas, timely attendance is a must.
