RIM 0.57 Distribution

Attached is RIM 0.57 with the following changes:

-Includes Lisa and Nikola's work on Slots, External Coding Scheme
support.
Note that I have made some changes that have not yet been reviewed by
Lisa. I waited for some time but I suspect she is off email today. I
decided we should distribute the document and fix any problems later.

-Include Yutaka's work on ExternalIdentifiers

-Added explicit mapping to attribute names on *all* get methods in RIM.
Please check for typos as this was quite tedious.

Note that RS 0.86 will be out today or tomorow with:

-Yuta's I18N work
-Len's update to the FilterQuery chapter

Great job every one for pulling together a lot of content in a short
time.
