Status update

Team,

I have integrated Lisa and Nikola's work on slots and coding scheme
support in RIM. I am awaiting their final approval before distributing.
In the meantime I am integrating:

-Yuta's ExternalID work
-Yuta's I18N work
-Len's FilterQuery work

In summary I am behind schedule. I hope to have at least some of the
work in teh next rev expected today. I apologize for the delay but doing
the best I can.
