Case Study - Trying to SubmitObjects to a Registry

Attached is a case study of XYZ company trying to submit his own CPP to the
Registry. It raises a bunch of questions that I've identified as issues.
Several are fairly serious and must be solved before publication of RIM and
RS. 

Others can wait until Phase II.
