The ebXML requirements work group listserv is up.  To send a message to
the group, send to:

ebXML-Requirements@lists.oasis-open.org

Later today or tomorrow I will send out an expanded table of contents
for the Requirements Document.  I will be seeking volunteers to work on
and write sections of the document.   Please be thinking about which
ones you would like to work on.
