Spec Passes Team; Next Call March 31

My apologies to those who tried to call in to our call this morning and
gave up.  The area code originally sent to me was incorrect.   My thanks
to those who persevered and joined late.

Our project team has voted to approve the specification, giving our
editor, Mark Crawford, license to make further minor editorial changes.
We will submit the document for full work group approval this Monday,
March 6, for a three week comment period.    We will ask comments to be
directed to Mark and me, and I will post substantial comments to our
team listserv.  Comments related to the detailed requirements of the
other teams will be forwarded to them.

Our next scheduled conference call will be after the first comment
period closes.  It will be on Friday, March 31, 9:30 AM Pacific Standard
Time (Los Angeles).  I'll forward the details to you as the date
approaches.
