mike looks pretty good... here are some comments:

section 2.1:
 - add the principle "kiss"
 -  under note: reference the process names used in supply chain council
usage

section 2.5.1
 - common business processes.... this is not clear
 - common network layer.... what does this mean?

section 2.5.2
 - query ebxml servers for services they support

section 2.5.4.1
 - add oag to the list of companies

last section

- use this document format for all other documents.... i expect that may be
a problem....
