Our webmaster/sysadmin spent the weekend cleaning up after the hacker, and
it looks like we're back in business. Each of the team leads (or their
designated web page maintainers) needs to call me to get the password for
your pages. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.

We got the new ebXML Message Service Specification Version 0.98b up early
this morning; it's now available for public review.
