You've seen my earlier message. I think that being the vice chair won't add
much effort to what I'm doing already. What does take time is being the
editor, I plan to be only the editor of the TRP

Mike Rawlins has resigned as vice-lead for the TP team because he needs the
time to complete work on his masters degree. Mike suggested that you might
be interested in being vice-lead if you can fit it in along with being
technical editor of TRP.
