Subject: RE: Tokyo Phone plug and Mains Power information
Does anybody know what CellPhones will work in Japan? I am using a triband Motorala Timeport GSM phone, that works with the European and American Standard (800/1800/1900 MHz), but I'm not sure about Japan? Somebody told me that they are running a PDC-Net? Any comments? A Road Warrior Modem Saver kit detects these conditions and provides corrective jumpers and plugs. It also detects digital lines, which can destroy a normal modem.
