Here's what I gave Anne as the TP project
plan. Any comments/feedback would be appreciated.
It is fairly aggressive, but it needs to be
so (IMHO).

(Anne, I hope that this says what we discussed
without straying too far;-)

- I outlined the deliverables agreed to at the f2f
  for the Tokyo meeting as identified in Tony's minutes
- I indicated that we would be also receiving feedback
  from Tokyo POC w/r/t TPA which would feed into the
  next round of revisions
- working forward we then have:
11/13-12/3 - revise and extend CPP/A Spec draft
12/4 - submit to Stc/QR for pre-review
12/4 - 12/8 - QR review period
12/8 - release to ebXML-wide audience for comment/review
12/8-12/22 - receive and collate comments/feedback
12/22-1/1 - celebrate and recover

I then indicated that we then had the 1st/2nd week of
January to:
- incorporate & respond to received feedback/comments
- hold face2face to finalize edits to spec

date of the face2face TBD due to coordination between
other group's f2f schedules which are likely to be
held around this same time.

1/14 - release revised CPP/A spec draft & comment list
     to Stc/QR for review
1/14-1/19 - QR review period
1/20 - release CPP/A spec to ebXML-wide audience for
     2nd comment/review period
1/20-2/3 - receive and collate comments/feedback
2/3-2/12 - incorporate feedback/comments into revised
     draft
2/12 - Vancouver
