paper on tpaM and BPF

The IBM Research tpaML team completed a paper on tpaML and BPF which will
eventually appear in the IBM Systems Journal.

A preprint of the paper is now available at this URL:

enter tpaML in the keyword box under "Technical Paper Search" and click
Search,  The click the title of the paper and the abstract will be
displayed along with a PDF attachment.

Heed the warning about Acrobat 3 problems.  However instead of following
the stated instructions, go to Adobe and download the Acrobat 4 viewer.
