Thanks Chris. Given you have an update pending, I will wait for it in order
to utilize it for discovery/verification/playing of XML instances since
that in itself is
somewhat time consuming........

Sorry for the delay... I threw out my back yesterday before
I could get to this. Here's the CPP stuff I discussed during
Friday afternoon's session.

At present, this is just a proposal to start the discussion
and to get some concurrent efforts started.

I'll be working some more on this today and hope to have a
revised version published by this evening.
