Collaboration Protocol Profile and Collaboration Protocol Agreement.

The private TP page is in the same place it is for the other teams.  Take
the public URL and replace the last term by the word private, thus:

     http://www.ebxml.org/project_teams/trade_partner/private/

I cannot recall with certainty whether CPP stands for Collaboration
Party Profile or Collaboration Protocol Profile. Likewise for CPA. Can
someone please answer so I can update the Registry specs with correct
terminology. Also could someone let me know where the private team page
for TP is.
