Prasad, A CPP can have as many PartyId elements (of various types) as it can conceive. In the process of CPP->CPA negotiation, the parties can choose which ever of the others PartyId elements that it desires. It may prove worthwhile to add something to the CPP that indicates a party's preference for PartyId type. However, I think that for this to be added requires a little more thought and probably should wait for whatever comes next post Vienna.
