Juan Carlos I agree it is a requirement that will be needed in some instances. My guess is that it can be provided by adding a suitable signature to a message that is signed by some trusted signer. We can include this in the list of topics for Orlando. I have to apologise for the delay in sending this message, but after the Christmas holidays (which in Spain are two weeks for Universities) I have got the flu and have to stay at home for amost one week ...
