Mail Room metaphor/model

I believe we have agreed to provide specifications covering the mail room,
fedex and service interface parts of
this model. The service interface provides the ability to request outbound
delivery, receive inbound notification, and other supporting functions (e.g.
check the status of an earlier outbound delivery request, temporarily block
inbound notifications, etc.)

The departments are analogous to the various business systems that will
interface with ebXML MR&T via the service interface. The business
transactions are the various XML objects that are sent/received between
parties, using ebXML MR&T.
